Pecos County Memorial Hospital District strives for you to have the safest stay possible while a patient. Pecos County Memorial Hospital District does not allow handguns on the premises. The building is locked each evening at 10:00pm for security reasons. Families/visitors are encouraged to leave the building prior to its being locked or exit at the emergency room after that time.
