Class Descriptions:


Total Body: Focusing on the whole body EACH class. Strength training with Cardio, HIIT, and Weights. Also, running in the Spring/Summer join the team!

Step: Aerobic exercises on the step. Lots of Cardio and Toning. A class you don't want to miss!

Zumba Toning: A Zumba dance class using light weight maraca - like toning sticks that help you focus on specific muscle groups, including arms, core, and lower body!

Piloxing: is a group exercise class the blends Pilates, boxing, and dance. It's a high energy interval workout involving heart-pumping, powerful boxing in combination with sculpting and lengthening Pilates influenced movements. Piloxing is appropriate for beginners to advanced fitness levels.

Pound: Channel your inner rockstar with us for body cardio jam session inspired by infectious, energizing, and sweat dripping fun of playing the drums. Pound fuses cardio interval training with drumming to provide a challenging heart pumping workout that targets your inner and outer thighs, butt, and core. Pound is approved for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced.

Maximum Effort: is a fast-paced, barbell workout that is designed to help get you burn fat, increase muscular mass, and tone body shape. It focuses on enhancing strength and endurance through music lead workouts to achieve a full body burn. Maximum Effort is appropriate for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced.

Max30: If you only have 30 minutes, this high-intensity interval workout (HIIT) is for you! This super effective and efficient workout starts with an accelerated warm up before mixing high intensity interval training with recovery periods by hitting all the major muscle groups! It helps build lean muscle while improving strength, metabolism, and cardiovascular endurance, while burning fat.

Zumba Step: A lower body workout that perfectly blends traditional step aerobics with energetic Zumba routines. Zumba Step strengthens and tones your legs and glutes by combining the awesome toning and strengthening power of step aerobics, with the fun fitness party that only Zumba brings to your workouts. Zumba Step increases cardio and calorie burning, while adding moves that define and sculpt your core and legs.

Strength Training: A workout that uses dumbbells to focus on specific muscle groups to help tone and sculpt upper, lower, and core muscles. We use low to moderate strength training exercises to boost metabolism and get stronger.
