complete toenail removal, aspiration of Baker's cysts, lateral epicondyle injections,
supraspinatus tendon injections, subacromial injections, external hemorrhoid
removals, internal hemorrhoid banding, skin tag removal, I&D abscesses, punch,
shaved and excisional biospies, foreign body removal from eyes, ears, noses and
wounds, small lipoma removal, arthrocentesis of knees, knee joint injections,
anoscopy, pap smears, vulval biospy, IUD removal, male & female bladder
catheterizations. The compliance officer duties were to introduce & carryout the

orientation to the new employees, etc. Medical Director duties were an extension of
the compliance officer's duties with more specific attention given to the
medical/nursing staff The interim Executive Director's position was brief and
