License Social Worker (Masters in Social Work) - Hospice
Pecos County Memorial Hospital in Fort Stockton, TX is seeking a qualified applicant for the position of a Licensed Social Worker and Volunteer Coordinator. Primary function is to provide coordinated care in the home to patients of all age groups and perform psychosocial assessments, analysis, counseling, and referrals to meet the needs of the patient/family.
